I stayed for one night and the hotel was fairly clean and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The location was comfy - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. Liked my rooms with micro fridge. Everything was fine

The fact that there was a washer and dryer on the location
There was not a microwave or fridge in room, as advertised. The room reeked of smoke (even though I requested a smoking room, it smelled bad to me), the floors were dirty, the room was noisy from the interstate facing room, there was no coffee pot in the room and the complimentary coffee ended way tooo soon.

This venue is in a great and convenient location, close to everything, in a lovely area, and just a 10-minute drive to Cinemark.

Clean and spartan, it was the most reasonably-priced hotel we could find. Did everything we wanted it to.
No TV channel guide, so we made our own. No shampoo provided, so we brought our own. No breakfast provided (only a carafe of coffee) but a large mini-fridge and microwave.

For the price it was good but if you have more than one adult it's extra. Most rooms are charged per 2 adults already, but this was going to be an additional charge.
